Is Baker's 13 Halal-Certified?

Baker's 13 is not Halal-Certified but we enforce a strictly "No Pork, No Lard, No Alcohol" policy with all our products. In addition only Halal-Certified ingredients are sourced. 

 

How much time to provide for online orders?

As Baker's 13 bakes all our whole cakes fresh, orders must be submitted and paid in full at least 3 days in advance prior to delivery or self-collection date. (e.g. for delivery on Thursday, order must be made and paid by Monday). For Rainbow Cake and Customised Cakes we will require at least 1 week notice.

 

How can we pay online?

After submitting your order online, Baker's 13 will reply with an email within 4 hours, providing details of your order and the mode of payment (via inter-bank transfer to either a DBS or OCBC account). If you wish to pay via PayPal or credit card, Baker's 13 will arrange a PayPal payment request to your email address.

After receipt of payment, Baker's 13 will provide confirmation receipt to you.

 

Can we self-collect the cakes?

Yes, just indicate self collect during the submission of order and select your preferred collection date and time. Self-collection is only between 12pm to 8pm Monday to Saturday (i.e. Baker's 13 is closed on Sundays).

 

Can we arrange delivery of the cakes?

Yes, just indicate delivery during the submission of order and select your preferred collection date and time. Delivery is available between 12pm to 7pm Monday to Saturday (i.e. Baker's 13 is closed on Sundays).

 

How much for delivery?

For total purchases of whole cakes above S$150, we will provide free delivery to one location and one timing within Singapore Mainland.
For total purchases of whole cakes below S$150, a S$25 delivery charge applies to one location and one timing.
Kindly indicate delivery during submission of order (Only between 12pm to 7pm Monday to Saturday).

During the date and time of delivery, If the receipant is not reachable or available, an additional delivery charge ($25) will be incurred to reschedule another delivery slot.

 

Can we cancel or refund our order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any request for refund or cancellation, once payment is made. All Good(s) sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.
