Being in the Food & Beverage industry since 2014, Baker's 13 also offer a range of classes for pastry arts, coffee appreciation and other related subjects.
Baker's 13 staff are ACLP (previously known as ACTA) certified trainers which complement the experience and knowledge gained with more than 8 years in the F&B industry.
Pastry Chef Christy is a graduate of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and has more than 10 years in the pastry and culinary world. With a range of skills from buttercream flower piping and painting, 3D fondant handcrafting, cake and cupcake baking and decoration.
Baker/Barista Colin is a graduate of School of Coffee (Singapore) and Artisan Bread course (BITC) and has more than 8 years in coffee making, artisanal bread making and other aspects of the F&B industry.
