Starting with moist chocolate sponge, providing the foundation to build this cake. Sandwiched in between are layers of chocolate ganache, toffee caramel and cut ripen bananas. 

The banana carries a natural sweetness and a tender crumb that is both comforting and delightful. The buttery toffee caramel sauce adds a delightful caramel note that perfectly complements the sweetness of the bananas. The velvety chocolate ganache completes the ensemble.
