How far in advance should I order?
We recommend at least 1 week for customised cakes and cupcakes.
Can I send you a picture of a cake I like?
Absolutely. Send us your reference image via WhatsApp and we'll advise what can be recreated or adapted.
Can I choose the cake flavour?
Yes. We'll discuss available flavours based on the cake design and size.
Can you make 3D cakes?
Yes. We create 3D sculpted and fondant cakes, subject to design feasibility.
Can you make children's themed cakes?
Yes. Share your child's theme, favourite character, colours or interests with us.
Do you make corporate cakes?
Yes. We can incorporate company logos, branding and event themes.
How much does a customised cake cost?
Pricing depends on cake size, flavour and design complexity. Send us your requirements for a quotation. Every cake is quoted individually based on your design and requirements.
I need a cake urgently. Can you help?
Our standard lead time is at least one week, but contact us via WhatsApp and we'll check availability.
Do you include delivery with the cake?
For most customised cakes we will include delivery, as we want to ensure the cake is delivered in good condition. Self-pickup is also available at your own risk.
