Can we cancel or refund our order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any request for refund or cancellation, once payment is made. All Good(s) sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
What happens I forgot to pickup my order?
We will remind customer to collect the order(s) on day of collection, and an email or text message will also be sent after the pickup date to remind customer to collect their order(s). As all items have a shelf life, we will only hold the order(s) for THREE(3) days. We will dispose the items after the THREE(3) days period and no Refund will be provided.
