Our Ispahan Shortcake features layers of light, delicate vanilla sponge infused with the fragrant essence of lychee rosewater. The centerpiece is a velvety rose-scented cream layered with our house-made raspberry jam and juicy diced lychee. These vibrant fruits bring a bright, tangy sweetness that harmonizes beautifully with the floral rose, offering a delightful contrast in both flavour and colour.

Cake Design

Covered in a smooth layer of soft blush pink frosting. It is decorated with piped white buttercream/cream flowers with delicate edible gold accents at their centers, interspersed with smaller cream dolls or petals and sprinkled with finely crushed dried rose petals.
